Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. Three-phase power is available in the City’s industrial and business & technology parks.

WaterWater service is provided by a municipal water system. The system includes 7 wells, 3 water towers and more than 42 miles of water main. Waupaca’s drinking water quality continually exceeds all state and federal regulatory requirements.

SewerSewer and wastewater collection and treatment services are provided by the City of Waupaca. Major lift station and collection system upgrades were completed in 2005. Average daily flow is 1.50 MGD, while design capacity of the system is 7.50 MGD.
TelecommunicationsThe City of Waupaca provides a city-owned internet utility -
WaupacaOnline - which provides high-speed, wireless, broadband internet access to the City and surrounding areas. The utility serves both residential and business customers
